Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Personalized Items: Please note that personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective personalized item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Non-Personalized Items: For non-personalized items, you may return the item within 5 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within [number of days] days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
